Brian brings to the table over 24 years of experience with a proven track record in financial services and real estate investments. Having completed his articles at a medium-sized auditing practice, he gained a wealth of exposure across numerous industries before launching his career in the financial services sector with Liberty Life. His career took flight with his appointment at Investec Bank as a Divisional Financial Manager in the Private Banking Division, as well as with Investec Investment Management Services.

Subsequently, he joined M-Cubed where he played an instrumental role in establishing financial and product development systems, along with operational systems to bolster business operations. After several years in business management consulting, real estate development, and investment, he moved to Silica Holdings. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Investec, Silica Holdings is responsible for outsourcing 65% of the administration of financial services CIS in South Africa, including firms such as Stanlib, Investec, Nedgroup, Sanlam, Ashburton, and PSG.

Brian's core competence lies in the execution of corporate strategies, adeptly bridging the gap between blue-sky opportunities and successful operational implementation. This includes envisioning, conceptualising, and implementing integrated operational systems to achieve strategic outcomes. Throughout his career, he has managed large delivery teams and consistently demonstrated success in large-scale system implementations.
