Kgaogelo is a Director of RE Infrastructure Managers focused on capital raising for investing and asset management of retail property in under-serviced markets. She is also Chairperson of Amabutho Investment Managers, Non-Executive Director of Emerging African Property Holdings, and Triviron and Investment Committee member of Summit Africa’s Social Infrastructure Fund.

Kgaogelo was previously asset manager for the STANLIB Africa Direct Property Development Fund, the Liberty Group property portfolio, and Head of Unlisted Properties at Liberty Properties. Her career began in research and property economics at Viruly Consulting and Investment Property Databank.

Kgaogelo is the Past President and Policy and Advocacy committee Chairperson of SAIBPP; she has been Director and research committee member of the Property Sector Charter and SACSC and Chairperson of several SAPOA committees. She has been a sessional lecturer at the University of Witwatersrand and served as an Advisory Board member of the University of Cape Town’s Urban Real Estate Research Uni.
