Khanyisile has passed all her Saica board exams and has been signed off on her articles, making her eligible to register as a Chartered Accountant. Her professional training at Nedbank and auditing experience at Nolands have laid a solid foundation for her role in Summit Private Equity's Social Infrastructure team.

During her time at Nedbank, she rotated through Leveraged and Diversified Finance, Property Finance, and Group Finance - Shared Services, where she honed her skills in preparing Deal Origination Committee papers, credit applications, analysis of deal returns, preparation of financial models with the relevant debt scoping, deal structuring and pricing based on regulated relevant property finance pricing techniques and through critical assessment of client risk profiles, overall deal risk assessment and applying appropriate risk mitigation measures.

Khanyisile's academic foundation is equally impressive, having earned her Bachelor of Accounting Honours from Stellenbosch University. Her academic achievements include placing in the top 4 of her class under the Thuthuka Bursary Fund and making the Dean's list, highlighting her commitment to excellence in her field.
