She has served as a Strategy and Business Management Lecturer at the University of Pretoria, where she designed and facilitated research-driven content on strategy, social innovation, responsible leadership and sustainability.

Lebone has previously led strategic corporate social investment, transformation efforts and sustainability reporting at Growthpoint Properties. She has also collaborated extensively with the NGO sector, engaging with business, government, and civil society leaders to drive accountability and deliver benchmarking tools.
