Ngange has over 12 years of experience as an alternative investments specialist in the venture capital, private equity, and hedge fund sectors. He has acquired, managed, and disposed of over R15bn of assets, in the form of equity, debt, and bespoke instruments, across a wide range of industries. Ngange has served on the boards of both listed and unlisted companies, with a primary focus on executing strategy and implementing their respective transformation plans. Prior to joining Summit, Ngange was a partner at Rockwood Private Equity, and an Investment Director at Value Capital Partners and Senatla Capital.
