Nonhlanhla is the co-owner and executive director of Ukukhula Real Estate, a majority black-women-owned real estate asset management company with circa R1bn of assets comprising office, industrial and retail properties. Ukukhula is an independent, experienced boutique real estate asset manager which provides fully integrated property solutions to protect and optimise the value of commercial real estate.

Nonhlanhla is also the co-founder and director of African Women in Property, an investment holding company with a mandate to democratise property ownership by providing a platform for private investors to co-invest in quality real estate investments that deliver sustainable long-term returns over time.

With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Nonhlanhla specialises in commercial property investments, capital raising, property developments, and fund and asset management.
