After dedicating the first ten years of her career to marketing and sales, Tannith strategically shifted into a role with a stronger technical focus. Her long-standing interest in sustainable finance, coupled with the transformative potential of ESG in influencing companies, led her to join Summit Africa as an ESG & Impact Intern. Mentored by Summit’s Head of ESG and Impact, Tannith has flourished in her role, playing an integral part in the development and execution of critical elements for our firm's ESG & Impact objectives. Furthermore, she now proactively supports our portfolio companies, ensuring they are accountable for the delivery and results of the ESG & Impact targets set.
